From Bas-Saint-Laurent, Quebec, we carefully prepare and ship each piece of jewelry. Located far from major centers, our delivery times may sometimes be a little longer.

• Processing times: Orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days.
  For custom jewelry, times vary depending on the complexity of the project. An estimated timeframe is provided to you during the order.
• Delivery in Canada: Each package is sent with a tracking number. Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the destination. In some cases, they may be slightly longer.
• International delivery: We also offer international delivery. Times and costs may vary by country.
• Delivery fees: Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.

Returns and exchanges

As each piece of jewelry is handmade, we do not offer refunds.

However:

• Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, if the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
• In case of a problem or defect, please do not hesitate to contact us at freackchic@heretica.art with a photo of the jewelry concerned—we will do our best to help you.
